No two bootcamp sessions are the same, which makes them perfect for anyone who craves variety from their training. It is the ultimate way to de-stress at the end of a busy day and convenient for anyone working close to Newcastle's Quayside or Newcastle town centre.
Work outs include various activities including cardio, step work, muscle toning, aerobic exercise, circuit training, boxercise, and work using resistance bands. We cater for all body shapes and sizes for both male and female clients and for every fitness level from total beginner to advanced.
