META TAGS, TITLE TAGS and everything else that you don’t see on a website is the ‘off page content’ Google and the search engines use their little bots and spiders to crawl the back content of your website to determine the relevance of your ‘keywords’ in the Meta tags and description.

ON PAGE CONTENT

All the stuff you SEE on the website, content, images, links etc are the ‘on page content’ pretty self-explanatory really. When it comes to Google, Yahoo or MSN Live ‘CONTENT’ is KEY

BACK LINKS

Back links are third party inbound links to your website
It is believed that the more back links you have on your website, the higher Google or any other search engine will position you.
Back Links in our belief must be relevant to your sector and preferably location if you want a local search result.

Look for legitimate directories on Google, Yahoo, and MSN Live that come up in your search words of choice and try to get listed. Most reputable directories have an advertising service where you can buy a featured listing for your business and website.
